Through our contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), Ultimate Frisbee experience level, and a free-text message (optional).

3. Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, coordinate your first training session, and send you club activity information (only if requested).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you check the acceptance box on the form.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your relationship with the club or until you request deletion. Contact data from non-members is deleted after 12 months.

6. Recipients

Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing madrid@disckatus.com with "Data Protection" in the subject line.
