What is Ultimate Frisbee?
A team sport played with a flying disc. Two teams of 7 players compete to score points by catching the disc in the opposing end zone.
What makes Ultimate unique is the Spirit of the Game: there are no referees. Players themselves resolve disputes with honesty and respect. It's a sport that teaches you to compete with integrity.
Fouls are avoided, not penalized after the fact
Men and women play together on the same team
Players are responsible for their own calls
