Where to Play Ultimate Frisbee in Madrid
You can start playing Ultimate Frisbee in Madrid with Disckatus at CDM Orcasur. Regular practices run on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a special beginner session every Tuesday from 21:00 to 23:00. Your first trial is free, and you should contact the team before travelling.

The direct option: practice with Disckatus in Orcasur
If you want a regular place to play in Madrid, Disckatus trains at CDM Orcasur and welcomes both complete beginners and players arriving from other teams. Tuesday is the dedicated beginner session; Monday and Wednesday are regular club practices.
Use the website form before travelling. The team can confirm that the session is running, note your playing experience and explain where to meet inside the sports centre.
Open practice, beginner training or pickup?
An open club practice normally combines a warm-up, technical drills and game play. A beginner session is specifically designed to teach the foundations. Pickup usually means an informal community game and does not always follow a club schedule.
If you already play and need a game during a visit, say so in your message. Disckatus can tell you which practice is the best fit or whether another local option is active that week.
What to bring
Bring water, sportswear, one light shirt and one dark shirt. Wear shoes suitable for artificial turf; if you do not own cleats, ask before buying. The club provides discs for the trial session.
You do not need to study the rulebook. If this is your first time, Tuesday is the clearest beginner pathway, although the team can advise you according to your availability and experience.
